The ORMEMS membership (Primary Care) is an ambulance subscription that is sponsored by us. For a small contribution, we provide our services (stabilization, medication, transport) free of charge in a medical emergency. The membership also includes a generous discount for non-emergencies. Primary care is not an insurance, but it can be compared to it. Membership is valid for 1 year.

The difference is not that we would be better people, but simply that we can fall back on many years of experience from Europe and proven methods. We teach our employees European methods and rely on quick decisions and, above all, European materials that enormously increase the safety of our patients and allow us to work more safely and in a fraction of the time. However, experience from the military allows us to achieve the necessary goals with less resources and improvisation.

We are very sorry, but we do not know the prices of the hospitals and doctors. But we can tell you exactly which facility can help you best!

First of all it is a patients choice. But we will recommend to you a medical facility that is capable to take over your case. Within the membership we will bring a patient to the nearest appropriate medical facility that is capable to treat the patient. Sometimes it can be a medical facility just "round" the corner but in other cases we have to bring our patient to another hospital that is better equipped to handle the case.

In principle, it is absolutely recommended to listen to the medical advice of our employees. Many years of experience and training put us in the position to assess your situation. Disregard and refusal can even lead to death in serious cases. We don't want that! However, if a patient does not want to receive further care, we have to insist on signing a waiver in order to protect ourselves from legal consequences! We then comply with the patient's request.
